Why do so many people make limited progress in personal change?

Sadly, many celebrities with plenty of money and access to the so-called ‘best help’ have still killed themselves. So why am I different?

Mind, reason, thought, emotion, spirituality.

Few people genuinely strive for success and deeply engage in self-improvement; the majority echo sentiments and like experiencing the sensation of progress. I’m not being negative or cynical - it’s predictable and based on my long experience as a psychotherapist and mentor. In my experience, this way of living is terrible and causes you to miss out on a wonderful life and beautiful thoughts.

‘Translation’:
"Most people don't genuinely want to change and they enjoy deluding themselves. They miss out on their best life and opportunities to truly bless people they know/love."

Please don’t waste my time or your money if this is you. At $330 per hour, it will be an expensive experience.

Another problem is few people, even mental health professionals, know how to make deep and lasting changes in the subconscious mind. A late friend, psychology Professor Tom Walther, said that’s why most psychologists and psychiatrists don’t succeed with the deep emotional stuff. He approved of my methods, which I did not learn from him. (I am not a psychologist or psychiatrist).

Alternatively, if you DO want to learn profound stuff about the mind and how you can apply it to your life with significant benefits, please get in touch. My clients include doctors, mental health professionals and various elite thinkers/doers. One client in Europe even recovered from schizophrenia with my help over Zoom.

I am even immensely grateful that my parents and stepmother are the worst of the men and women I have ever known. I couldn't have achieved so much without the suffering they caused.

Decades ago, mental health professionals diagnosed me with the worst category of severe emotional trauma and advised that medication was the only solution. I never took one pill, instead embarking on a journey to heal my mind and learn how to fix it. Today, I consider myself one of the luckiest people on the planet because of the beautiful things I now know and experience. I am even immensely grateful that my parents are the worst men and women I have ever known.

Key components of my success include:

A hunger for and focus on genuine wisdom, truth and evidence, regardless of my opinion, and acting on it.
Humility.
Listening deeply and actively.
Results focus.
Empathy, kindness and love.
Zero tolerance for time-wasting activities or people.
